I am a licensed psychologist in private practice in Oregon. My passion is to help people achieve greater self-understanding, deeper sense of meaning, improve relationships, and to develop a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
I have extensive experience working with people from all walks of life and with presenting concerns related to mood, anxiety, relationship problems, trauma, identity concerns, and grief. Before entering private practice, I was the Director of Behavioral Health at an integrated family medicine practice in Salem, Oregon. This gave me a deep appreciate for the interplay between emotional, psychological, and physical health; the benefits and limitations of our medical systems; and the important role culture and diversity factors play in our overall wellbeing. My life experiences, education, training, and clinical work have culminated into a clear yet evolving therapy philosophy and approach rooted in psychoanalytic philosophies.
I am currently working as part of a group practice called Mangata Wellness with an office located in Wilsonville, Oregon.
